I had initially purchased a wedding sign from a different seller that arrived broken to my house. With my wedding a week away, I was super stressed out trying to find a replacement sign. I then reached out to MyrtleRoyalBoutique and explained the situation. They were super understanding and went above and beyond to reassure me and ensure my sign got to me in time for my wedding. Not only did my sign arrive in time for the wedding, it actually got to me a few days before! In addition to the fantastic customer service, the sign was stunning (even better than the one I first purchased from a different seller) and everyone loved it. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely purchase from them in the future.

Absolutely love the sign Josh & team were able to create for our upcoming wedding. There was a slight printing issue on our order, and the seller was SUPER quick to rectify the issue and send us a replacement that was exactly aligned to our vision. 100/10 for customer service and for their helpfulness! SUPER happy with our purchase.
