What happens after I place an order?

**For items that can be edited on Corjl: Once you place your order, you will receive an email sent from Corjl to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Please allow 10 minutes to receive this email & remember to check your junk mail folder. Please do not use Apple Pay to purchase your item(s) or else you will not receive the email. Once you receive the email and link within, you will be able to log in to Corjl, edit, save and download your design. **For non-editable items: Immediately after purchase, you will be able to access your item(s) under "Purchases & Reviews".

How do I edit my template on Corjl?

Each editable product you purchase from us will come with an instruction sheet with information about editing your template (can be access in Corjl along with your template). You can also check out this YouTube link for helpful Corjl Instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgwVu-RIHxU&list=PLOjxwHNYIvoOYbGtyVtZnIEUsZsFda8Lt **Please note that Corjl editing is much easier to do on a laptop or Desktop computer. Unfortunately, the use of iOS to complete your edits can be glitchy (this is beyond my control).

Can you edit a template for me?

I can't find my purchase... help!

Please note that it can take up to 10 minutes to receive an email from Corjl with your template link. A few things to check in order to ensure this email gets to you: -Verify that the email address you have associated with your Etsy account is the one you are checking. -Make sure you are not using Apple Pay / Apple ID for your purchase. This blocks Corjl from sending your order email. You can also enter your order number directly at https://www.corjl.com to access your template. -If you are still having difficulty accessing your order after 10-15 minutes, please send us a message!

Absolutely. Please send us a message and we would be happy to help you create a unique design that suits your needs/event!

How do I print my templates?

You can print your templates and downloads at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Most of our editable templates can be saved as JPG or PDF (sometimes as 2 per page) for ease of printing.
