Do you email me my digital files?

I do not email your files. Once you are logged into your Etsy account (when you make your purchase) the files will be found in your "Purchases" section. (It's advised against trying to download through the app because it's not compatible with some devices.) If you check out as a "Guest" (not recommended) Etsy will email you a link to your files. Can I use your images for personal and commercial purposes?

You can use Nifty Crafty House images for any personal project as much as you'd like. Please don't share files. My images are also available for commercial use without any extra charge with a few caveats. You may NOT resell the items as-is in digital or physical format. Please incorporate the images into your own work and make a new design that does NOT resemble or compete with the original. You may use the items without modifications for POD products. Please message me if you have more questions and I'll be happy to clarify.

Why can't I return my digital download?

Due to the nature of the order, I cannot refund orders that have already been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your purchase, I'm happy to cancel and refund the order. If you have a concern with the graphics, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.

How do I print my download?

You can print at home, through a print shop (such as Office Depot, Target, Costco, etc.), or online services such as vistaprint.com, shutterfly.com, snapfish.com. Due to the amount of messages I receive, I cannot individually assist with printer issues, resizing questions, or advice on what software to use but as always, if there is a problem with your order, please let me know.

I will notify you if there's a problem shipping your order on time, otherwise all my items are sent out within the time window specified. After the carrier has collected the package, the shipping is out of my hands.
