Yes! I ship all over the world! (I do not post to Russia) If you do not see your country listed, please ask for a shipping quote

Do you accept returns or refunds?

I do not accept returns on personalised or bespoke bows. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 14 days so I can discuss options with you. If you have any problems with your order, please message me!

I am not responsible for any postage strikes, or delays. Please allow time for your order to arrive. I cannot, in any circumstance, guarantee a postage date. Please order with plenty of time to receive your order! I obtain proof of postage and signed for tracking numbers for every UK order and a proof of postage for any international orders. I add any tracking numbers I have to dispatch emails but please contact me if you wish to see your proof of postage
