Your photo is printed right onto the charm, creating a lasting keepsake. It will arrive to you ready to be used, this is not a DIY kit. Each charm is approximately 1"x1.5"

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:
Once you have placed your order, send your UNCROPPED photo to me in Etsy messages. For best results, send the uncropped, original photo, not a screenshot or thumbnail photo. I will crop it to fit the shape of the charm. The image quality will depend on the original photo you submit, so bright, clear photos are best. You will be sent a digital sample to approve before I print your charm, so please remember to check your messages to approve your proof.

For some reason, Etsy will provide an estimated delivery time for Expedited shipping, but this time frame is not accurate. FREE SHIPPING IS BY LETTERMAIL. If you require your order quickly, please consider upgrading the shipping to Expedited service.

Due to the personalize nature of this item, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. I will give you the opportunity to see a digital sample of the charm before I make it, you have 24 hours to approve the design or request changes. After 24 hours, I will make and ship the order with no changes.
