When will I get my order?

Please see current processing time in the shop announcements. This is in addition to shipping. Etsy will also give you an estimated delivery date based on your shipping speed selected. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Once a package is listed as "in transit" on the tracking information, I cannot control how quickly it is delivered. No refunds will be given if your order isn't received by the estimated delivery date.

Why does the item I recieved look different than the listing photo?

There are many factors to this. Due to supply issues, sometimes we have to use a different style panty than shown. We try to keep it as close to the picture and size chart as possible. The placement and size may vary due to the fact that each item is handmade to order. The color may vary from your monitor or screen to the actual item.

My package was returned to you, what happens now?

If your order gets returned to us because of unknown address, unable to forward, unable to deliver, not deliverable to address, unpaid customs fees, we will offer to reship your order. There will be a $3 reship fee + the cost of the shipping. Most orders will not be eligible for refund if the order is returned to us.

Warehouse Deals-What are they?

We just added a new section called "Warehouse Deals"! What are warehouse deals? Well sometimes we buy products to test or a customer may change their mind on an item or we may mess up a print, but the item is still useable. These items are final sales and not eligible for cancellations, refunds or returns.
