I received a shipping notification but the order is stuck on “pre-transit”. Did my order ship?

If you receive a shipping notification email from Etsy saying you order has shipped and has been on “pre-transit” for a couple days, your order has not shipped yet. Sometimes I have a lot of orders that I have to get done but couldn’t finish in time before I have to “ship” the order on Etsy. Usually your order should ship within a week after receiving the notification. If you are concerned about your order, please message me for an update!
