Please note: This is a digital file for any embroidery machine, not an actual embroidery. You must have an embroidery machine and any software needed to transfer design from your computer to the machine to use this file.

After purchase you will be able to download your zipped archived folder containing embroidery files in following formats: DST, JEF, XXX, HUS, PES, VP3, EXP, VIP
To use embroidery files you should be able to unpack the zip archive on your computer.

- It is your responsibility to make sure the design fits in your embroidery hoop. You can find embroidery size in description to each embroidery design. Please notice even if the design is offered in your embroidery Format it is not a guarantee that the designs will be size compatible (once again check embroidery size before purchasing files). You should know the size of the embroidery field of your embroidery machine (not to be confused with the size of the hoops ). The size of the field is the maximum size of the embroidery that can be embroidered on Your embroidery machine.


Don’t hesitate to ask If you have any questions about the size of the design or you are not sure if the design will fit in your hoop. All such questions must be asked prior to your purchase. To do this, you need to send private message telling me the size of Your hoops, brand of your machine, and the format you need.

I do not recommend any resizing or editing of the design. I cannot guarantee the quality of designs will stay the same if you alter designs in any way.
Purchased designs can be embroidered on items for personal use, or on items for sale (limit of 20 per design). If you are planning to embroider more than 20 items with the same design on it, please contact me for commercial pricing. All designs are copyrighted and shall not be resell by anyone but EmbroideryQueensShop embroidery digitizer herself.
