Very helpful pre sale. Purchased as a birthday gift. Order placed on 1st Dec and received on 13th when I was due to give the gift. The seller was apologetic for the delay and said it was due to “Royal Mail christmas rush sometimes has delays unfortunately”. The frame was securely packaged, therefore, the splintered slot for the domino must have been there prior to postage, in addition to the poor cutting of the mount that also sits very loosely in the frame, which makes centralising the mount and photograph in the frame whilst securing the back challenging. I shared the issues with the seller, who offered to refund me, if I returned the frame, but sadly given the delay in receiving the frame, this was not a viable option. Etsy only allows me to share one photo.
