No, all items are final sale and non-refundable. Exchanges are not accepted so please be aware before ordering.

Estimated shipping times are determined by the postal company, Canada Post. I have no control over shipping times, and if estimates are wrong. Any unforeseen delays are not included in estimated shipping times. Please be aware that packages outside Canada/USA have no tracking number by default and are subject to longer shipping times.

In my experience, packages can arrive in as little as 3 days, or even up to 3 weeks or longer. It’s all due to how busy the postal service is, and if there are any delays going on. Please be aware that there is never a 100% guarantee for packages to arrive before a certain holiday! If you require your order before a certain date, please notify me by leaving a note upon checkout.

Customs are closed currently, but if you would like to add a small detail, such as a smile or blush to a plushie, please leave me a message when checking out!

If you notify me before your order ships, I can alter the address. But if your order ships before you notify me, I have no control over the package at that point and CANNOT issue a refund or new product. At the end of the day, my time, care and finances were still utilized and I have to value my own self and be compensated for properly conducting my shoppe.

If your order is RETURNED to sender(me), it is due to a lack of information regarding the address provided. I will have to resend the package with a new shipping label, and the buyer will be charged accordingly.

As a one person show running my small shoppe, I'm not currently able to offer any discounted shipping. I charge a flat fee for all orders, even if it's a larger package, to keep costs fair and not to overwhelm anyone with the auto-calculated costs(this excludes craft material orders). 100% of the shipping cost goes towards the postal service and Etsy fees and I don't profit from it.

As a thank you for any larger orders, I do offer code NOSHIPPINGFORME for free shipping over $100 orders, but this entire cost will be absorbed by me. If you'd like to support the shoppe, you may elect not to use the code. Either way, any order is much appreciated!

I am located in Toronto, Canada, but believe it or not, most orders within Canada has been MORE expensive than shipping anywhere else! I have had orders to Belgium, Hong Kong, Latvia, etc. and everywhere in the United States, but a majority have been cheaper than an order even a couple hours, or even blocks away from me! I doubt I can ever offer free shipping within Canada with how much the country charges just to ship to my fellow neighbours!

But if you're looking to purchase something small, such as a scrunchie or keychain, I can ship through Lettermail and have costs reduced to around $3. The downside is that there is no tracking included. If this is something you're interested in, please message me! This is for within Canada only.

Within Canada: Yes, there is a tracking number provided, unless you chose for your order to ship through Lettermail for a scrunchie/keychain.

USA: Yes, tracking is included by default at the regular postage option. If you'd like upgraded shipping for a faster delivery and more peace of mind, please select the upgraded option.

Outside North America: No, there is NO tracking in Standard Shipping. Shipping times are usually 12-24 business days. Please upgrade to tracked shipping upon checkout if you require a tracking number.

Lost packages are the buyer's responsibility and are not covered under the shoppe.

If you are located in Toronto/Markham/Scarborough/North York, the pick up option may be available. If you are interested in meeting up rather than having your order shipped, please message me and we can hash out the details. Please be aware that this is subject to availability and distance. You will be given a special coupon code if a pick up location is agreed upon beforehand.

Untracked packages are the most affordable option for delivery, but are more susceptible to going to through delays and/or prolonged holds. You cannot check its whereabouts after it's been shipped out. If your package has not arrived by the estimated time range, 99% of the time, it has been delayed. The other 1% of the time, the package will be returned to me. Inaccurate shipping address by the buyer will result in it bring sent back to me. Buyers are responsible for covering the new shipping costs.

Please be aware that we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to receive the package.

Tracked: gives peace of mind on the packages whereabouts and can see if there are any ongoing delays that will hinder your packages shipping time. Usually takes priority over untracked. However, it is pricier than untracked shipping. We only charge roughly 75% of what the label actually costs. I highly recommend this option to ensure your package's prompt arrival. Please select for the upgrade as this is not the default option

Untracked: The default, most affordable option. It doesn’t offer its location or travel time, or if it is held back. Typically, orders outside North America will end up arriving later than expected.
