When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! Most of our products — including photo blankets, name blankets, and banners — are fully customizable. Just leave your personalization details in the box at checkout, and feel free to message us with any special requests.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Because we process and ship orders quickly — often within 1–3 business days — we’re unable to make changes once an order is submitted. This includes personalization details, design edits, or product changes. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we’ll do our best, address changes are not guaranteed once your order enters production.

Where are your products made?

Every item is printed and shipped from our family-run print shop in New Jersey. We don’t outsource, so you can trust that your gift is crafted with care and ships quickly.
