Once payment is cleared, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. Section "Purchases and reviews" All my products are digital files so there are not any shipping fees or physical product.

Refunds and Exchanges

There is no refund for any digital goods, please read the information provided in the listing about the format and file types before buying. If you receive a damaged file, I will gladly exchange it for a new one or in another format.

Raphael Artwork reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. By purchasing Raphael Artwork designs you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use. All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Raphael Artwork . You CANNOT redistribute any artworks as clipart or claim the item as your own for resale in any shape or form. You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic, repackage and resell the individual parts.

You can use our graphics on personal or non-profit projects without credit and license as long as NO MONEY is made. For your personal logo/blog/social media/website/cards etc you can use our artwork without license.

LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE "CREDIT REQUIRED" FOR ETSY SHOPS

All my artwork designs come with small commercial use (1000 copies sold or less) however to use my artwork commercially I require graphic credit be given to Raphael Artwork placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed (Only on Etsy shops). If you plan commercially use our artworks in products for sale outside Etsy you should buy my commercial license.

LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE "NO CREDIT REQUIRED"

The Limited Commercial License NO Credit required gives you the right to use purchased item at illustrendy in products for sale (1000 copies sold or less). Each NO Credit License applies to a single product. If you want to use several products, you should buy a separate NO Credit License for each item in our shop. * If you plan to manufacture an item with our design in excess of 1000 pieces you must contact us for a different price plan.

DELIVERY TIMES
We take about 2-5 business days to create the items.
Everything is printed and hand made just for you. On average your order will be sent out within 3 days of ordering.
Estimated shipping delivery time in US is 3-6 business days.
We cannot control the USPS! Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective.
Customers have (3) hours to contact us about a color/size change or cancellation.  After that time-frame we are not able to edit the order in any way, so please make sure everything is correct!

SHIPPING ADRESS
Customers are responsible for adding the CORRECT address to their order . This cannot be changed once an item is sent to print.  If an order is sent back to us for failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.  As a small business owner we cannot spell check/verify each address. Still unsure? Etsy provides you with the option to verify with USPS at checkout.
