Thank you so much for choosing The Painted Papier for your wedding invitations! This antique & moody floral design from our Athena collection is a perfect and timeless piece for your wedding. At The Painted Papier, our goal is to pair you with the perfect wedding design for your aesthetic and help you carry it through the whole of your wedding timeline. We can match you with coordinating items from your save the dates all the way to your wedding thank you cards.

INVITATION INFORMATION

- Main invite: 5x7 inches single sided
- 1st insert: Rsvp - 3.5x5 inches with envelope included
- 2nd insert: Details - 4.25x5.5 inches
- 3rd insert: 3x3 wedding website card with backside design

- Envelopes can come with OR without the matching envelope liner insert
- Choose any font or ink color from our selections
- Thick white matte #130 lb card stock (paper upgrades available)

ORDERING

1. Choose the invitation package you would like from the first drop down menu - a sample invitation set or your full order of invitations with or without inserts. Sample invitation sets are not customized.
2. We offer up to 3 insert cards. Choose between a response (Rsvp) card, details card, and website card (front and back). Complimentary envelopes are provided with response cards.
3. In the second drop down menu, choose your quantity with lined or plain envelopes. Lined envelopes have the coordinating pattern inside, plain envelopes do not.
4. In the personalization box, choose your envelope color.
5. Leave the third drop down menu entitled "quantity" at 1.
6. Add the items to your cart and please leave your wedding info and verbiage in the Notes to Seller box on the checkout page (SEE BELOW FOR REQUIRED INFORMATION)
7. Enter payment information and complete your order.

PROOFS

You will receive a customized digital proof of your invitation suite within 3 business days from the time of purchase. This will be sent to your Etsy Conversations inbox. Please respond with your approval or revisions within 2 days.

Once approved, if a printed order has been placed, we will send your order to print and will be available to ship within 10 business days after final approval is given.

If you have chosen the digital file for DIY printing, your final files will be sent to you via email once revisions have taken place.

- Please note that ink colors vary depending on your computer or phone screen and may appear different in person. We are not responsible for any orders that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen.
- All printed invitation orders (or samples) cost $5 to ship and will take 1-3 business days to arrive.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the order being placed as long as proofs have not been sent.
2. After proofs have been sent for approval (but before anything is sent to print), you may cancel your order for a 75% refund.
3. Once your proofs have been approved, they will be sent to print and cancellations are no longer accepted for any reason.
4. The Painted Papier is not responsible for any misspelled words or incorrect information. Please double-check your proofs for any mistakes and correct date, time, and venue information, etc. If you receive your order and realize something is incorrect, you will need to place your order (with full payment) again. We suggest allowing your fiancé, family members, or friends to look over the proofs as well to check for any errors. Once you have confirmed the proofs, responsibility lies on you for any incorrect information.
