The cost of shipping your order will not be refunded back. We try to offer the best prices upfront, and don't mark up or build in extra into the price of our products. With the high cost of boxes, shipping, and supplies, we are not able to absorb that into our small business.

Absolutely! If you need an order by a certain date, message us to give us the details and we will respond with what we can do! Expedited (overnight, 2nd day, etc) are available for an additional charge. We will quote you prices and days, and you can choose what you would like to do. We normally ship out same business day, so we want to get the items in your hands as quick as possible!

Unfortunately, our production setup is just not capable of doing that! All of our items are produced at one time, and we aren’t able to do short runs or quotes of items.
