Can Earrings Be Returned?

Earrings can be returned but for "hygienic reasons" I will have to replace the ear wires. Since changing out the ear wires is necessary to restock item(s) in order to resell, there will be a $3 charge ($6 if Sterling Silver, $8 if 14KG).

Can Custom Orders or Items Bought on Sale or Altered Items Items Be Returned/Refunded?

No, unfortunately "Custom Orders" or "Altered Items" per buyer's request, and items bought on sale or discount are all final and there are no returns or refunds.

Who Pays Shipping Costs for a Return?

All shipping costs for any return are paid by the Buyer. The item should be properly wrapped and packaged to prevent any damage, and mailed back with a tracking number, which needs to be provided to Seller.

Any Requirements for Receiving a Refund?

To be eligible for a refund, the Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days of the delivery date (date item was received) requesting a refund. The item must be mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same unworn and undamaged condition in which it was originally shipped out by the Seller.

How to Request a Refund?

To be Eligible for a Return/Refund, the Buyer must contact me (Seller) via Etsy messaging within 3 days of the date the item was delivered and provide the reason for the item(s) to be returned.

What Amount if Refunded Back to the Buyer in the Event of a Return?

Buyers are responsible for payment of all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value to the item. The amount refunded will be the price the Buyer was originally charged for the item, less $5 to cover expenses of original shipping/handling, restocking and Etsy fees incurred by the Shop Owner, plus any deduction (for ear wire replacement) if return of earrings are involved. A Refund cannot be issued for an item that gets lost in the mail coming back to me and is never received, or arrives back to me damaged due to inadequate packaging on the part of the buyer.

Rare and beautiful, Connemara marble is found exclusively along Ireland’s rugged wild Atlantic coast. This Irish marble is as unique as the spectacular Irish landscape it forms with green of almost every hue in arresting layers and patterns. The beautiful bands of rich color within the marble are formed by tiny crystals of green minerals like serpentine, diopside, chlorite.

The Bowen knot takes different forms. It's distinctive features make it the universal symbol of protection. This Celtic knot symbol is used by various cultures and is still in common use nowadays. Named after the Welsh nobleman, James Bowen, this knot was the heraldic emblem for the Bowen family crest. It is symbolic of infinity, love, and flowing water.
