I gladly accept returns for poor print quality or defect. If there's a defect in your item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue and I will do my best to make it right! Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as color preference, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Custom/Personalized products Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. Pillows, Blankets, Window Curtains The industry standard tolerance is a variance of +/-2 inches. Please keep that in mind when purchasing Due to varying screen resolutions, colors may appear different than shown.

We utilize high-quality materials for our apparel, specifically Bella + Canvas® and Gildan® products made from durable, ringspun cotton and polyester blends. Our dinnerware plates are crafted from ThermoSāf® Polymer, which is the only customizable plastic dinnerware that is safe for microwave and oven use, as well as fully dishwasher safe. Additionally, all of our plates are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. using components sourced domestically. Supporting a woman-owned small business, you can feel confident in your purchase. We take pride in the fact that each and every product is designed by us and made-to-order. We source blanks for most of our products from global suppliers, with the exception of plates, platters, and bowls

How we Print our Shirts

Our shirts designs are printed directly on the product with the DTG (direct-to-garment) technique that yields bold and vibrant prints. This technique uses printers that apply ink directly to the t-shirt fabric with inkjet technology. DTG uses water-based inks, so you can be sure that your shirt will have a smooth finish that won't fade.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping or gift message services

Help! Something on my order is misspelled, my item is incorrect , my order is damaged or My package did not arrive! What do I do?

Please contact us within 7 Business days, should anything be incorrect or damages on your order. If we made any sort of mistake, we will correct it immediately by sending the corrected product to you. Please hold onto any packaging and all of the parts until we resolve the damage claim in case our shipping company requires an inspection. Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped to call and locate the package. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" are considered resolved and can not be the responsibility of KateMcEnroeNYC. Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for Shipper's deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic etc.
