What must I have before purchasing a website setup service?

Before we can start building your site, you must have purchased a Domain Name (e.g., yourshop.com) and a Web Hosting plan. These are not included in our service fee as they are ongoing operational costs for your business. Note: If you don't know which hosting to choose, please message us before buying, and we will recommend high-performance, reliable providers.

Do I need coding skills to manage my store after it's finished?

Absolutely not! We build your store on WordPress + WooCommerce with a user-friendly admin panel. Once we hand it over, you will be able to easily add new products, update photos, manage orders, and track inventory without writing a single line of code. You own 100% of your site and data.

How long does the website design and setup process take?

The timeline depends largely on how quickly you provide your content (logo, images, text, product info). Once we have all necessary materials from you, the design and development phase usually takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the number of design revisions requested.

Will my store be able to accept payments immediately?

Yes. As part of our full setup service, we integrate secure payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe (for credit cards) directly into your store. You just need to provide your account details, and we handle the technical connection so you are ready to sell upon launch.

I already have an Etsy shop. Can you move my products to the new site?

Yes, absolutely. We offer Etsy import services as part of our turnkey packages. We can transfer your existing product listings, images, and descriptions to jumpstart your new independent WooCommerce store.

What kind of support do you offer after the website goes live?

We provide 10 days of free technical support immediately after your site launches to ensure everything is running smoothly and to fix any bugs related to our work.
