You have the choice of 3 different finishes:
1. Matte Vinyl: meant for indoor use. These are best for low impact items. They are water repellent but not waterproof. They are not dishwasher safe, so please hand wash.
2. Glossy vinyl: Same as matte but they are nice and shiny. They are a little thicker than the matte ones. They are not dishwasher safe, so please hand wash.
3. Laminate waterproof: These are glossy vinyl that get run through my laminator and can stand some abuse. The picture won't get scratched because of the thick coating. They are waterproof. They are not dishwasher safe, so please hand wash. They prefer flat, smooth surfaces like laptops.


SHIPPING:
I send most of my orders by first class mail in a normal letter envelope. The post office does not give out tracking numbers for those. I do however, have a tracking service and it shows where the mail is and when it gets delivered. Let me know if you have any issues. Etsy's tracking service is hit or miss, so I use my own.
