Elegant Wedding Invitation, Luxury Handmade Paper Wedding Invite, Timeless Wedding Invitation, Amalfi Paper Wedding Invitation

WHAT IS INCLUDED: this is a classic wedding invitation made with Amalfi Paper (luxury handmade paper) that makes your wedding feel luxurious and timeless. The frayed chiffon ribbon is included in the price. This is not a digital product.

HOW TO ORDER: please select the number of wedding invitations needed. In the "personalization box" please provide your email address. Also, at the moment of order please email me your wedding's details (see bellow) at celestepaperieco [!at] gmail.com

EMAIL: please include your invitation wording and the following:
- Full invitation wording as you want it on your invite (in case you'd want to change it from the sample you see in the photos)
- Your names
- Your parents' names
- Wedding date
- Location (church, reception venue etc) name and address
- RSVP Due Date (if applicable)

PROOF APPROVAL
Once I have all the wording, you will receive the digital proofs of all your pieces within 2 business days. My office hours are Monday - Friday 9-18 CET. We will revise until it is everything you dreamed of, nothing will be printed without your approval! Proofs are sent via PDF through Etsy Messages. If you prefer them to be sent via email, let me know and I will send them that way!

PRODUCTION TIME & ARRIVAL
I handle all of the printing, wax seals making, ribbon cutting and full assembly; some orders take longer than others to assemble, depending on the season. With that said, once the proofs have been sent to print, production time is typically 3-5 business days. Please respond in a timely manner, as any delay might affect the production time.

SHIPPING:
All packages are being shipped with the "track & sign" method, using either DHL Express, SDA Express, UPS Express, FEDEX. The courier varies based on the final destination's country.
Once the package is dispatched, you'll be able to monitor the shipping status with the tracking number provided; please understand I have no control over the actual shipping time or potential delays caused by custom clearance, weather, COVID-19, etc.

FAQ'S
1. CAN I CHANGE FONTS?
Yes - at an additional cost! We can definitely change fonts to your invitation. We will work together to decide what fonts you would like to put into your design! And you will get to see them in your proofs!
2. CAN I GET A PERSONALIZED SAMPLE?
All samples are pre-made, exactly as shown in the pictures. But you will get to feel and see the paper stocks in person along with wax seal, frayed ribbon and color swatches.
3.CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING?
YES! Everything is 100% customizable to fit your needs! Wording can always be changed.
4.CAN I CHANGE COLORS?
No. This is a pre-set wedding invitation and unfortunately we can't change the colors to it.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please message me before purchasing with any questions or concerns! I am here to help anytime. I want to make this as seamless as possible! Regarding cancellations & refunds see below the various scenarios:
- if I haven't sent a proof to you, orders canceled within 1 business day are fully refunded.
- if you cancel the order after receiving your proof, you will receive a 50% refund.
- orders cannot be canceled after production has started and no refund will be processed.

Due to the personalized nature of all invitation refunds, replacements or exchanges are not possible once approval to print has been received. All packages are insured during shipping, so if there is any damage to your order, replacements will be provided as long as proof of the damage is provided for the insurance claim.
