The item arrived quickly (especially considering it shipped internationally) and was as pictured and described. I'm only knocking a star because, as assembled, it was loose. If you tightened the stand so it wouldn't rotate on the base, the arms weren't lined up; if you left it lined up, the upper piece was loose and would spin when you used it. I solved it with a little bit of Loctite thread locking glue.
