Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we try to keep a fast turnaround time, items are sent to production usually within a few hours. However, if the item has not been sent to production yet we may still be able to help! I recommend contacting us via message within 2 hours of placing your order.

Can I return my order?

Once the item is sent into production, I am unable to cancel/refund your order. Our items are made especially for you, and we do not keep stock on hand. Unless the received item is incorrect/defective, I am unable to accept returns/exchanges.

What should I do if my address is incorrect?

Please review your address and size/color selections carefully before ordering. Once the items are sent into production, I cannot fix an incorrect address/reroute your package/refund or replace your order.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Processing: 2-6 business days PLUS Shipping: 3-6 business days

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Since our shop uses a printing partner for our items, we unfortunately are not able to include gift messaging or wrapping at this time. Etsy still allows this as a request button which is not editable, so this may be confusing - we do offer the alternative to reach out to your recipient directly if you include their email in your order, along with the gift message! That way, your recipient knows something special is on the way! :)

I'm missing an item in my order - help!

Never fear! Sometimes orders with multiple items ship in separate packages - please double check your confirmation email to see if more than one package is headed your way! If you are still missing items, please be sure to contact me via message ASAP!

My package hasn't moved out of pre-transit status for days!

If it has been 7 days or more, please contact me, as this is considered a lost package by our shipping service. I will replace your order ASAP!

My order was marked delivered but it isn't here - what should I do?

Please review your address to make sure it was correct, and check with your neighbors! The next best step is to contact USPS directly - they will be able to help you much quicker and also be able to send you GPS coordinates of your package! *Please remember that USPS is separate from our shop, and we have no way to influence the progress/delivery of your package.

Machine wash on cold with like colors. Line dry recommended. Tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.

My item is damaged or incorrect - what should I do?

Please contact me via message with pictures of the item ASAP so I can help! Please do not return your item without contacting me first!
