 Can S6P print my items? Where and how can I print my templates?

What if I don't have access to my email I registered to Etsy? (Vital to be able to use Templett and edit our templates.)

 Can I edit my templates with another program (not Templett)?

o Templett is the only program you are going to be able to edit our products. It is easy to use, but if you ever need help, feel free to contact us.

 On what paper and how should I print the envelope liners?

o We recommend to use fairly thin paper, around 70 or 80# text weight. For paper size, please use common US Letter (8.5x11") or A4 (ISO 216) sheet of papers, based on your location. We would also suggest home printing or a service of a reliable local print shop you trust. It might be a good choice to do/ask for a test print. o We also advise you to use Adobe Acrobat reader (newest version) to open the file. Between the printing options at the "Page Sizing & Handling" part, please choose the "Actual size" option. Also, please tick off the "Choose paper source by PDF page size".

 The product I bought is different from what I imagined, can you change it?

o All important information and details about the products, such as orientation, format, provided items etc. (supplemented with product photos) has been collected in the description part. We are unable to provide you with different or modified versions from that. If you have any questions or need further information about our products, please contact us prior your purchase. It is beneficial in every case to inquire about custom work if you’d like something modified.

 Can I ask for a refund?

o All products are digital and all sales are final, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refund on them. Based on applicable laws, for digital downloads, consumers will need to waive their cancellation rights before digital content can be provided. This means that once you have downloaded the content, then you have given up your rights to a refund.

 From where can I download my pruchased envelope liner and or vellum designs?

o If you did not buy a template you will be able to download a .txt format file for a week, it is because unfortunately Etsy doesn't allow to upload such a big files like these high quality artworks. So we uploaded them to our server and the .txt file contains the direct download link to the products, which you need to copy and paste in your browser then download it from there.  Can I edit my files after I downloaded them from Templett?

o You won’t be able to edit the PDF/JPG files, but after your purchase date for one year you're able to change your templates in Templett editor (reopen it in your browser) as many times as you need and download them unlimited times in two different file formats: jpg or pdf. The downloaded cards are print ready files that you can upload to an online print shop like Prints of Love, Zazzle, Idyll or take it to a local print shop.

Can I letterpress/foil stamping my templates?

o Sadly, no. However for extra fee there is a way around, please contact us for further information.
