Return and cancellations-

Note to customer.
Kit and the Bobbin is a small business, run by myself, in the UK. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or return an item, that you understand I am not a large business that can take a loss. If you need to return an item, please do so as soon as possible and post with the safest method. Unfortunately, I cannot refund your money until I receive the item back; a return from Canada has taken as long as 2 whole months before!
Cancellations of listed items must be made within 2 days. If you need to cancel after this time, please message me. I will most likely be able to cancel and fully refund you; however, if the item has been made and posted, it will be treated as a refund.
Please do use tracked postage whenever possible, it is more expensive but we have the security of knowing when it has been delivered.
Cancellations and returns of CUSTOM items- If we have discussed your personalised veil and you have paid your deposit, you can still cancel it within 2days.
Returns and cancellations (after 2 days) will be based on your individual designs and orders. If you request a cancellation or return after a custom order has been started you will be charged all or part of your deposit depending on what I have ordered and worked on. Please feel free to message as soon as possible and I will do my best to cancel any fabric that I have on order for your item, saving you money.
