The quality of the leather and the craftsmanship of the custom boots anyone orders will be fantastic; this seller will do a great job recreating a custom design with high fidelity to the original. The issues: there is a need to stay on top of the order via periodic Messages to ensure progress on your item is happening, as there have been times where checking in a few weeks *past* the 17-day mark will show that your item might not have been started on yet. Sizing: ensure that you place your initial order with the exact shoe size converted to women's if needed, as adding your size in the personalization messages sent directly to the seller can result in the boot's size coming out wrong. This listing could use a separate drop down menu for women's sizing to avoid future issues. If you can handle some hassles, I rec this seller.

There very few custom shoe makers out there who are as kind, collaborative, reasonably priced and use quality materials like this shop. The fact that they obliged my request to build such a particular boot is exemplary in of itself. What is unfortunate is that even with a 2 month lead on production they could not get the product to me in time for the event I needed them for. While I could chalk this up to overseas shipping complications, they didn't complete production until the week of deadline. I also provided extremely specific sizing measurements on my calves, with diagrams and photos, yet the calf area was a full inch too large in both height and width. I'm extremely thankful it wasn't the other way around, but these won't be of any practical use unless I find a cobbler that can really re-tool that portion.
