Return/Exchange Policy

We absolutely offer exchanges! All you need to do is send your tee back to: The Midwest Sun PO BOX 978 Roscoe, IL 61073 Please include in your Etsy order number in your package and message us your tracking number once it has shipped. All exchanges must be in original condition. Once we have received your exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process. Once your exchange has been processed, we will issue you a code to use at checkout (via Etsy message) to repurchase your desired tee. The amount of this code will be for your original purchase price minus any applicable taxes and/or shipping fees. All exchanges are still subject to our current turn around times.

In order to run a sustainable small business, we print all our tees made to order. For this reason, all cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed.
