Orders will ship to the address listed in Your order . It is Your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it sent out again to the correct address.

You will receive a tracking number to control the process of the shipment. Orders are delivered by airmail, which is Ukrposhta in my country and you are given a tracking number for tracking parcels. (Please note: some local postal services do not provide online tracking for international registered airmail).

Due to the nature of the bridal business I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will not sell any hair accessories that have been tried on or worn to a customer, so a returned item can not be resold.

Any items damaged during shipping or if you believe an error has been made must be reported to me within 5 days of receiving the package, and shipped back and post marked within these 7 days with a return approval. This deadline cannot be extended. A photo must be provided of the item to have a return approved. The item must not of been tried on or worn and in original packing . If approved, further instructions will be given on how to send back a return.

All orders approved for a return are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of an article damaged while in transit or an error on my behalf.

A crown of any size can be worn depending on personal preference or the desired look you are wanting to achieve, refer to the detailed information for each crown for sizing guides.

All items are made to order, therefore the current turnaround time to handcraft your order BEFORE shipping, beginning the day after your order is placed can be found on the shipping tab:section of each item as well as during checkout. Please Refer to these areas for the item you are interested in for specific production timelines.

If Your order is time sensitive please consider Express shipping There are a few options to receive your order quicker. You may purchase the fast shipping - can be purchased with any order at checkout and your order will be handcrafted within the normal stated production time indicated on the shipping tab of each item, but will be shipped with tmm-express once it is completed.

My items come from a smoke-free environment. All my pictures are taken of actual items. You get exactly what you see at photos. If items used, they are clean and usable.
