* Decide if you want the digital illustration file only, or the fashionable tote bags in one of the three sizes: small, medium, large (see all photos and description)

1* Select first the product type and then the quantity from the drop down menus.
Remember, the more bags you get, the more you save & don't forget, you can change the text and colors, as long as the illustration remains the same.
2* Now add the details of customisation (as to instructions given at this point)
3* Click ADD TO CART.
You can go back to the listing / shop to add more products for your family members or directly complete the checkout process.


4* Please Click “Proceed to Check Out”

5** Send me your photo via Etsy Message (message to seller)
** I will prepare the illustration for you and send you a PREVIEW for your confirmation.
This way you will be able to make sure you’ll get it just the way you want :D

*** Once the illustration is confirmed I will send it to you directly in case you ordered the “digital file” or pass it directly to the printer, who will ship the bag(s) within 1-2 working days (please be aware during the holiday season processing and shipping times might vary)

DIGITAL FILE ONLY:
refers to the line art illustration created by hand from your photo, which will be sent to you in jpg format max. size 12” x 18” (30,48 x 45,72cm) (300dpi resolution)
You can use it in so many ways digitally or have it printed almost anywhere, as often as you want.
Note that this is a digital file and that no physical item will be shipped.
❤ It is possible to merge/combine multiple pictures into one and add for example your pets to your family picture. However please get in touch prior to order.

All bags are made with extremely strong spun polyester and feature double-stitched seams, cotton webbing straps with reinforced stitching and non woven laminate lining for high-end durability.

PRINTING:

The all-over print is created with dye sublimation for high-end visuals.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Each item is individually inspected prior to shipping for print quality and positioning.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Pretreat visible stains with stain remover if necessary. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

As these are custom items Refunds and Exchanges can not be accepted.
However in the unlikely event if there is any problem with any of the items or the printing please get in touch and I'll get it sorted.
