Where are you located?

I am located in Ontario, Canada.

Are you able to do a custom order if I can't find what I'm looking for?

I can definitely try and help depending on what you are looking to have done. Please send a message here on Etsy and we'll chat from there.

What are your processing times like?

Within each listing, you will find accurate processing times for each item. Craft Kits are usually dispatched within 2-3 days but if you need to put a rush on your order, then send me a message here on Etsy and I can put your order at the top of the list.

How can I reach you if I have questions/concerns about my order?

Customer service is very very important to me. If you find your order hasn't arrived in a suitable timeframe, or you have any other concerns related to your order, then please send a message to me here on Etsy and we'll go from there.

Are you able to handle a larger, bulk order if necessary?

Absolutely! I have completed a number of larger custom orders in the past. All I ask is for time to pull a bulk order together - especially if it's a custom order request.

Am I able to order the finished product from your kits/patterns?
