I've been doing leatherwork for over 12 years and for the last couple months I've really been enjoying creating digital art prints like this for leather crafters to use in their own small business or just for fun! You can actually get this pattern for FREE if you'd like, by heading over to my Instagram @kaseyjeanleatherdesigns and clicking the link in my bio. Etsy isn't too big on re directing traffic off the site, so I try to respect that by not posting the exact link. But, if you want it for free thats how you can get it!

This template is made to create a 3.25 x 2.25 inch rectangle for a leather tooled patch cap

This should automatically print to that intended size. If you need to resize it and are using an iPhone I recommend using the "pages" app.

How to get this pattern on leather-
Get your leather damp. Not soaking wet. If you can see water marks soaking through the paper, thats too wet. Tape your piece in place. (do not allow tape to touch wet leather or it WILL leave a mark when you pull it up) Once in place, use a pen, pencil or stylus to trace over each line. Pressing just as hard as you would to write. Do not push so hard that you tear through the paper. Once complete you will have nice inverse marks to follow along with your swivel knife (as the photo above show)

How to access-
Once you purchase you will be emailed a link to the pattern automatically to the same email address as your Etsy account is through. Click on the linked PDF that says "Flower.pdf" thats going to open up the pattern. Then hit the box with upward arrow on the bottom of the page, scroll until you see "print" and DONE! (: photos to help with this are referenced above circled in red for you.
