Our Bagbys and other products (Anti-Phubbing Bans, Bagby Social, Bagby Living, etc.) fit any phone, smartphone, size, brand, etc, Including XL, MAX, Plus and any new model. Also note that the Bagbys don't have a cover which allow to fit even bigger sizes than this (Up to 7.5" / 19cm). They are also 5+" (13cm) wide so you will be able to fit your phone and sleep better.

International orders (Outside USA - BREXIT) - Read Carefully

Bear in mind we ship with USPS to offer you competitive shipping rates. Indeed, we cover part of it. We also offer an Express option via FedEx for an extra fee that you will see a checkout (faster and safer delivery). For international orders, delivery times might also be affected by customs clearance. The shipping and handling cost won't be refunded if the package doesn't arrive at the destination or the customer declines paying any eventual taxes. We are not responsible for any issue related to BREXIT (taxes, customs, delays, etc) and there won't be any refunds for UK orders. Contact us if you have any questions.

Problems with your order

We don't expect this to happen but if you are not happy with your order, don't panic! Simply contact us first on Etsy, before leaving feedback / reviews. You can send us an email including a photo if the item is damaged, etc. and if the item has a problem we will take care and send a replacement. We are a small business, and occasionally make mistakes. Please be patient and know we will do our best to rectify the problem! Read FAQ "I want to exchange or return my Bagby, what's your return policy?" Note that for sale items (50% off or more) we don't cover any return or replacement additional shipping cost. We don't cover the shipping cost for items that need to be sent again because of a mistaken address. Shipping costs are never refunded.

I want to exchange or return my Bagby, what's your return policy?

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund requests but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns. A return rate starting from USD 5.95 for light individual items and USD 12.95 for sets will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling, & restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition. 1 - If the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. - If it's for a subjective reason, we will deduct the return label cost + original shipping cost - If the item wasn't defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you, too.

What kind of finish you use on the clocks?

We used water-based paint which is no VOC.

Cases we don't accept cancelations or refunds

We always try our best and we love our customers but we won't accept cancelations or refunds for the below cases: * Customers who cancel 2 or more orders won't be eligible for a return or refund. * Items returned with a delay of more than 30 days since the last conversation with our customer service won't be accepted. * Sleeping and face masks are not returnable/refundable for hygiene reasons.

It's quality and I would buy again, the only downside is that it's kind of thick in the back so you feel it when you lay down on your back. Outside of that, we love it!
