Can I make changes to my order after my order is placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me right away. I’m committed to accommodating your request as long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped. Once the order is in process or has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Misplaced Packages

If your package has been lost or misplaced, I recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking information. While I cannot be held responsible for items once they are in transit, I’m happy to assist by providing any details needed to file a claim with USPS. No packages will be refunded or reshipped.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
