Are the designs printed, iron-on, or embroidered (sewn) on to your clothing items?

All of my clothing items use a printing process called "Direct To Garment" or "DTG". As the name implies, direct to garment uses ink to print directly onto the fabric or item of your choice. It is a high quality printing process that looks fantastic in person, and washes and wears well over time.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes, I do! In fact, I love making truely unique designs! Reach out to me through Etsy messages and I'll do my very best to make you something that no one else will have! Also, if you see a design of mine that you like, I'm able to put it on any garment of your choice, and in most cases am able to put the design on the front or back (or both) of the garment!

I see a design of yours on a hoodie but I'd like it on a t-shirt. Is that possible?

Absolutely! If you see any designs of mine that you like, but aren't necessarily on the garment that you're after, reach out to me through Etsy messages and I'll prepare something for you!

What's the best way to launder a graphic tee/sweatshirt to make the design last as long as possible?

There is no pain quite like watching the graphic on your favorite t-shirt slowly fade away! The truth is, the graphics on your clothing are doomed to the entropic forces of the universe. Clothing does need to be washed, but it can be done in a way to help preserve the garment! Here are a couple of washing tips for you : 1. Wash the shirt inside out - The idea is the graphic will encounter less friction and subsequently less damage in the wash. 2. Use cold water - Using hot, or even warm water can increase the fade of the colors on your shirt. Heat, no matter how it is applied, breaks down the fibers in your shirt and on the graphics. 3. Avoid using the dryer - Hot = bad for graphic tee's, try not to throw your graphic tees in the dryer!

Does your shop allow cancellations or size adjustments?

Yes, I allow cancellations or size adjustments within the first hour after purchase. After that window, orders are in production and as each item is made to order, to minimize waste and impact on the environment I will not accept cancellations, and will not be able to change the size of the garment.

You're a print on demand shop. What does that mean?

Print on Demand (PoD) is a printing and fulfillment method where I can create custom-designed products without the need for upfront inventory management. Instead of ordering products in bulk, I upload my designs to a PoD platform, and when a customer places an order, the platform prints and fulfills (ships) the order "on-demand".

Are all of your print partners in Canada?

Most of my print partners are in Canada, but occasionally I use print partners in USA and Europe, depending on my needs and proximity to the customer!

What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. If necessary, we can send a replacement (at no cost to you) or issue a refund.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returns for other reasons, such as sizing issues, may not be accepted since our products are made-to-order - That being said, your happiness is our goal, so if there's an issue with your order please reach out to us and we're sure we can come to a conclusion that will make you happy.
