Do You Offer Previews of Customized Items?

For t-shirts and hoodies with a name and number I do not send a preview first, so please make sure to supply the correct details when ordering! I always copy and paste the names and numbers from your message. For prints which require custom colors I do send a preview first, so please make sure to check your messages. Previews will normally be sent within 24 hours of order being placed.

Do You Offer A Discount for Team Orders?

If you want to buy a set of customized prints, t-shirts or hoodies for your team, please do contact me first, and I will be happy to set up a custom order for you. I can usually offer between 5-10% off for team orders depending on the quantity. I will send a coupon code to you with a custom order. For digital printables, I can offer 30% discount for orders of 5 prints or more. All my items are designed and made to order, and as I a small business, I cannot offer bigger discounts, but I am always willing to offer a small discount for team orders!

When Will I Recieve My Order?

Please check the 'Estimated delivery' dates which are located at the top right or the listing for an idea of when you will recieve your order. Normally, prints are processed, printed and dispatched quickly - within 1-3 days. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY TIME! T-shirts and especially hoodies can take longer to process, print and dispatch - normally around 4-7 days. Note, processing time is working days, they do not include weekend or holidays! You then need to factor in delivery time. For orders within the US, I use USPS for t-shirts and prints, some hoodies will go via DHL. If you want an item to be sent priority mail, just let me know.

Can You Change The Text Within The Design?

I cannot change the text within the design, as that requires re-doing the whole design, which takes me a long time. Each design is made by individually manipulating each word (and often each letter in each word), so the original design can take days to complete. So as you can imagine, re-doing that just for one purchase, just isn’t possible! If you want the team logo on the background of the design, this I can accommodate, feel free to send it to me via message. But please be aware it needs to be of high resolution and size or it will not print well - so an image saved off the internet won’t normally be of good enough quality.

I will send a preview of the jersey via Etsy messanger to approve before printing.
