item no. L2707ST | Artist Designed Nana Korobi Ya Oki Sumo Wrestler Vinyl Sticker | Fall Down 7 Times, Rise Up 8! | Strength, Reliance, Persistence Message | 2.75 x 3 inches

Over a thousand years ago, sumo wrestling originated as a Shinto ritual to entertain the gods. It is a sacred Japanese tradition that embodies great strength and resilience. When designing these stickers, I thought of the sumo wrestler as a visual for nana korobi, ya oki, 七転び八起き . . . literally “seven falls, eight rises”. I have certainly fallen more than seven times! I hope these vinyl stickers will remind you that strength and determination can overcome any adversity.

These stickers feature a special laminate that protects them from exposure to wind, rain and sunlight. Each measures 2.75" x 3".
