RESULTS FROM MY PRODUCTION PARTNER’S PRODUCT REVIEW.

-The item came securely packaged.

-The alignment and color of the print was perfect. Had a glossy finish which helps the colors shine.

-I had to tighten the clock engine a bit (like a screw) before setting the time. This way the time stays steady and accurate.

-I accidentally bent the (seconds) hand while setting the time. I learned this was an easy fix as the hands are made of Aluminum. Just bend it slightly so that the hands don’t touch.

Thanks for your nice review. I am with you on the white hands. I had a production partner that had this type of frameless clock with white hands but they proved to be unreliable, taking much longer to deliver so I had to stop business with them. I try to make the picture a bit brighter without over saturating the colors but I definitely realize the draw back of the black hands. Thank you!

Just not as advertised, cheap imitation of a glass stained clock..the seller thinks he's done nothing wrong, but I was expecting a better quality clock..we have a glass stained table. It is definitely better made than this item..he can keep money..but will never purchase anything from him again. I'M a retired Police officer and a Vietnam veteran, 74. And damn mad!!!

I am sorry you did not like it. The video and images as well as in my description demonstrate all additional details to know what you are getting. If I turn personalization on and just ask people to input yes to confirm they have looked beyond the main image. It might help customers make a better choice. Might start doing that. I spend a lot of time trying to be transparent and creating additional images to show that so it’s frustrating on my end for someone to pay no attention to it and send me a threatening email which I’m not sure the point of that when you denying any refund.
