This is a small and beautifully decorated 1975 collectable plate by Josiah Wedgwood.
It depicts "The Little Mermaid", the famous fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen.

It comes complete with the original box and folded paper insert which teĺls the fairy tale story and opens out to a blank picture to colour if wanted.

The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and looks like its never been out of the box. The box and paper insert is also in very good and clean condition.
It would make a delightful gift or keepsake for a child.

Size approx: 6⅛" (15.7cm) diameter.
