Orders are usually shipped Monday - Thursday of each week. During warm to hot months we discourage shipping on Fridays because cotton candy will not do well in hot conditions. Also we encourage overnight shipping during hot months as we are not responsible for heat damaged items and will not guarantee it.

We no longer offer custom colors on orders unless all are the same COLOR and FLAVOR for the entire order.

Crystallization (hard candy type of sugar) can occur in the process of making cotton candy efforts are made to prevent this but some containers may still have crystallization. If this is a problem please do not order as free replacements will not happen.

Our Cotton candy is not guaranteed as it is a time sensitive product settling/ shrinking may occur during shipments especially in warmer temperatures to reduce this risk we suggest you ship next day priority with USPS.
