Custom Pressed Flower Frame - Wedding Flowers or Other Event Flowers

DESCRIPTION:
Thank you for your interest in the custom pressed and preserved flower frame. This product makes a wonderful, unique gift for a bride, but the product is not limited to weddings! The flower frame can commemorate a loved one, celebrate an engagement/anniversary or capture a special life event. Our tailored frames make great art to be displayed in your home and can be a thoughtful gift for any member of your family.

THE PROCESS:
• Prior to the event, please reserve a shipping/delivery date of the fresh flowers to our farm by submitting a $75 deposit. Our team will review and confirm your floral shipping date within 3 business days. If for any reason we are not able to accommodate your date, your reservation fee will be refunded.
• Once the reservation date is confirmed, we will reach out to you via email to collaborate on your design preference, frame style, and frame size. At this stage in the process, the $75 reservation deposit is NONREFUNDABLE as it reserves your spot & goes towards the cost of supplies and labor to prepare for the arrival of your flowers.

PRICING:
The total cost is the $75 deposit + Frame/Design Cost + return shipping.
Frame/Design Cost Range:
o Large Frames (18x24, 20x24): $310 - $581
o Medium Frames (11x14, 12x12, 16x20): $176 - $243
o Small Frames (9x9, 8x10): $125 - $183

We have about 50 frames that we offer and have in stock but we can custom order other frames to target a design style or price point.

• We ask that you select your frame no later than 30 days after your event which will help keep the preservation process on schedule.
• Shipping instructions for your flowers will be emailed to you.
• Shipping fees are paid by the customer. If you are located near Eastern, TN, local drop-off can be arranged. If you do ship the flowers, we offer assistance getting a discounted shipping label for your flowers. I need to know the box dimensions and where the flowers are coming from.
o Please note that we will only accept flowers that are dropped off or shipped within 6 days of your event. The sooner we get the flowers, the better they will preserve. Florals press best when fresh and we can only work with the condition of the flowers provided to us.
• After your flowers arrive at our farm, please allow approximately 2-4 months for drying, preservation, and design. The turn around timeline is variable depending on time of year as certain times are busier with wedding season and travel for our small business.
o Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and are included in the original invoice. If you are located in
Eastern, TN local pick-up can be arranged.

*DISCLAIMERS PLEASE READ:
• $75 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE once event date has been confirmed.
• Flowers are composed of organic matter and there is no guarantee of color retention. Florals will naturally change color while drying as well as over time in the frame. For example, white flowers tend to yellow/brown and red flowers tend to darken as they dry. We like to remind our customers – “A raisin will never look like a grape!”. Rest assured that we use multiple drying methods, specific to the flower type, to optimize preservation and color retention.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged flowers delivered in the mail. Some flowers may not make it during shipping. We will work with the best pieces we receive from your bouquet.
• Any extra florals will not be returned unless requested for an extra fee.
• Once your pressed flower frame is completed, we will ship your item in a box indicated as FRAGILE with ample packaging. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. Please purchase shipping insurance to guarantee refunds on potentially damaged items.
• Due to this being a custom-made piece, we do not accept product returns.
