How do I download the digital coloring book?

If you ordered a digital coloring book from me in the store, you will automatically receive an email with the files to download. Also you can download them in your etsy profile under "Purchases".

Why can't I download the file?

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to download digital files, including my digital coloring books, through the etsy app. You have to go into the browser and download them via the etsy website. If this still does not work, either change your device or send me a message via etsy.

The printed image has a white frame - what can I do?

If you notice that your image has a white frame after printing, which was not visible in the preview images, the problem is with your printer. Older printers need a small area at the edge of the page to "grip" the page, which is why this area cannot be printed. If you also have this problem with a more modern printer, try changing the zoom of the image, this will make the image a little fuzzier - but it is also printed to the frame

Can I share the digital coloring books/ pages with others?

Digital coloring books are for personal use, not for commercial use. You can send individual images to your acquaintances, but I would appreciate it if you would indicate where you purchased the images in the same post. This is very supportive of a small company like this! Glad I can make you happy with my coloring pages

What is a digital coloring book?

If you order a digital coloring book from me, you will not receive a coloring book by mail as usual, but a digital file in PDF format. This you can then print out your own printer and color. This has the advantage that you do not have to wait several days until the book finally arrives. In addition, digital coloring books are significantly cheaper compared to conventional coloring books.
