Can I see my customized artwork before it is shipped?

Yes of course! Please let us know and we will send you photo of completed artwork before shipment.

How to calculate shipping cost?

Most items are linked to automatic shipping cost calculator. If an artwork you chose does not let you do so, please contact us with your ZIP / Post Code and we will be happy to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I want to give an artwork to someone in UK, can you ship it directly? Yes! If the country is not mentioned in shipping destination list, please contact us with detailed address and we will check and confirm shipping cost. If it is a gift being sent directly to recipient, you can click “This order is a gift”. Then click “Add gift message” & “Add gift wrapping”. Then enter your gift message. Buyers are responsible for any customs related issues in their home country.

Is it important to make sure all information I provide is correct? What happens if there is a Postal strike?

Shipper is not responsible for issues owing to incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer, nobody to receive package at destination or addressee moved to new location. If seller is unable to perform any obligation because of postal department strike, acts of Government, natural disaster, strikes or other labour trouble and any other matter beyond seller’s control/capability, then date of any obligation shall be postponed during the time when such circumstances are operative. Photos are for reference, Each of my artworks are hand crafted and handmade one-of-a-kind. Two items will never be exactly the same though essence would be similar. Slight variance with photo may exist since they are painted individually and are NOT a print or duplicate photocopy. Same technique and colours will be used for painting.

The glasses and mugs are made-in-USA. There are imported thinner glasses in the market, but I chose this one because it looked more durable and made in this continent.
