--The Process--
You will work 1-1 with a proofing specialist. The proofing process includes three rounds of proofs; the first round is based off of the wording and colors (if applicable) submitted in your original order. The remaining two rounds are for revisions upon your review.
Wording changes, colors changes, and minor layout adjustments can be made during the revision rounds.
Change requests beyond our 2 complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $25 per round.
*Please keep in mind that this is a semi-custom order which means the design you see will simply be changed to your information. For example, no major alignment adjustments, additional graphics, or custom fonts can be added to a design that does not already have it. If you are interested in any of these above listed customizations, please let us know so that we can provide pricing for those details.

-The Fine Print-
-You are 100% responsible for the final proof approval so please review carefully for spelling, font, size, ink color, alignment, etc. Regardless of how the error occurred it is the clients responsibility to check all proofs for errors. We are unable to move forward with production until all items are approved.
-Cain & Co. Stationery proofing services includes TWO complimentary rounds of proofs/revisions after the initial proof is sent. Additional Proofs after the second round of revisions will be charged at a MINIMUM of $25 per round of revisions made, dependent on time and scope of changes. This includes, but is not limited to wording, layout, color, additions, etc.
-I understand my order will be sent into production once approved. Charges of a MINIMUM of a 50% reprint fee + shipping costs will apply if we have to fix any errors or make additional changes after approval and production is started.**Ability to make changes after final approval is not guaranteed.
