We do not recommend printing from a cutting software like Design Space or Silhouette. This is NOT a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, I recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape work perfectly fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software and we cannot offer guidance on printing from them.
