Our main goal here is to leave every single customer satisfied with their purchase. So please, if there is anything wrong with the order, if there is something you do not like, or any other issue, give us the opportunity to resolve any problems by contacting us prior to leaving any negative or neutral feedback.
It would be very appreciated.

Dear Customer, if the color you desire is available in the "COLOR CHART" but does not appear in the "PRODUCT AND COLOR" section, simply specifying your preferred product color in the personalization section is sufficient. Alternatively, you may send a message indicating the product color you would like.

In such a case, when placing your order, you may select any color from the options provided; simply conveying your desired color to us—as outlined above—is all that is required.
