All edible toppers are freshly made to order and have a shelf life of around 12 months when stored correctly. Keep them sealed in their bag, somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days), Monday to Friday before 12pm. Orders placed over the weekend or during a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

UK: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, with upgrades available at checkout. USA & Europe: Typically 6–9 business days. Please note Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are only a guide and not guaranteed. I don't offer refunds for delays caused by the postal services.

How do I apply the edible toppers?

Edible wafer and icing toppers are easy to apply, and full instructions are included with every order. They can be placed directly on buttercream, or attached to fondant/sugar paste using a small amount of edible glue or royal icing.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, many of our toppers can be customised with names, ages, or colours. If personalisation is available, you’ll see a box to add your details on the product page. Please check spelling carefully when submitting. If you need different colours or sizes please message me before placing an order.

Do you have allergy and ingredient information?

Yes - all edible items are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians/vegans, but they are produced in an environment that also handles gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts and eggs, so may contain traces. Full ingredient lists are included in every product description.

What is the difference between rice paper, wafer card and fondant?

Rice Paper (Wafer Paper): Thin edible paper made from potato starch, water and oil (0.35mm). Wafer Card: Same as rice paper but thicker (0.65mm), ideal for stand-up toppers. Fondant/Icing Sheets: Thin white icing on a backing sheet, very pliable and best for high-quality, clear printing.
