My items are all vintage. They are all in excellent to good condition. I try to photograph all angles and show any wear, tear, pulls, stains and or marks. No. I don't have the know how or tools to do that. I've called a few Jewelers in the greater Milwaukee Area and the average quote given to me to resize a ring up or down a size is around $50.00. Please call your local Jeweler and get a few quotes as they can differ by $10 to $20. They also give their customers a time estimate of roughly 2 weeks.

If a package is returned to VintageandChicFinds because the recipient provided an inaccurate or incomplete address, or failed to pay customs, unclaimed, or denied delivery for any reason, we will not refund your shipping and you will be responsible to pay to re-ship.

We personally are a smoke free home. Because my items are vintage and have had previous homes I Cannot guarantee that they have always been in a smoke free environment. If an item is reeking of smoke, I will NOT purchase it.

Most heavy items will be shipped USPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for the lower 48 states.

We now offer international shipping. Buyer is responsible for all Duties, Vats, Customs.

All my orders have tracking. No refunds for "Lost" mail. If an item has been marked, "Delivered" and you did not receive it, you will need to file a police report for stolen mail.

I'm changing over the entire shop listing by listing for international shipping. I ship worldwide except for Germany as I do not have a VAT CERTIFICATE at this time.
