Refunds and Exchanges

Faulty items: Please inform Me within 24 hours of receipt of the item, if damaged during shipping or faulty in any way. Exchanges : I expect exchanges within 7days of delivery But you must message me first before returning the item items must be in the same condition as delivered with swing tag still on and most not be worn out outside buyer to pay postage and pay the difference if changing to a different size Non-faulty: Unfortunately, I cannot accept refund or exchanges on custom orders, please ensure you shop carefully.

Fleece coats Wash at 30 degrees air dry only Wax coats leave to dry then brush off & sponge clean only Harris tweed items leave to dry and air dry & sponge clean only Waterproof canvas can be washed at 30 degrees and air dry only All items have care labels attached

LENGTH: The Back Length measurement is taken from the base of the neck where collar would sit to the top of the tail CHEST: Measure your pet around the chest, at the widest point, which is generally found behind the front legs. NECK: The neck measurement is taken around the pet's neck where the collar would naturally sit. All sizes of each item are on the listing Please check your dogs measurements first before ordering as it only be made to size selected If your dog does not quite fit the size chart please message me first then once we have confirmed the size please leave measurements on order form in section that says note to seller so your item can be adjusted

Why can my turnaround be so long

My turn around can be up to 4 weeks as everything is made to order Delivery times/dates are estimated and not guarantee of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for postage cost I don’t offer pre paid labels

I use Royal Mail 48hr tracked for my domestic shipping service For international shipping I use Royal Mail DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is a service where the sender pays all import taxes, duties, and fees upfront, so the recipient doesn't have to pay anything at the destination

anit allergy -cooling oneise

bamboo jersey is incredibly soft, gentle on the skin

Bamnboo fabric is known for its natural antimicrobial properties making it ideal for dogs with sensitive skin.

Bamboo is also more environmental friendly & sustainable than conventional cotton.

you can also use this oneise as a cooling top during the summer because of its moisture-wicking abilities, or use it in doors as dog pyjamas

This is a slip on jumpers .

Please note the jumper may be a bit big to begin with to allow for shrinkage once washed

The coats sizes are from back of the neck to were the tail begins

All seams have been overlocked to stop fraying
personalised items are non refundable

please double check before ordering else your item will either be to big or too small for your dog or message me for help

Please note there might be a few centimetres difference in each coat as there all hand cut out

When Tshirt needs washing wash at 30 degrees air dry only DONT USE FABRIC SOFTENER

Arrived today (13.04.26), wrapped well, had a slight smell so straight in the washing machine. Bamboo is a soft, cool material, when really hot I soak in water before putting on my dog. Keeps his body temp down.
