HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Sign in to your Etsy Account > click on your profile on the upper left corner of the screen > click "Purchases and Reviews" tab. Download your files.
Another way is to sign in to your account and access: www.etsy.com/your/purchases/ It is recommended to use a laptop or desktop PC.
If you purchased as a guest the link will be emailed to you along with your confirmation.
