You can use our designs for unlimited physical end products (like mugs, t-shirts, cups, ornaments, etc.), but can never sell/share/redistribute/modify to use in your own digital any of our designs ever for any reason. You must watermark our designs in any mockups or pictures you post online. You can sell transfers of any of our files. This includes printed waterslide decals, printed sublimation designs, cut vinyl decals, prints that are meant for someone else to use. There are no refunds on digital items.
2. DIGITAL FILES & REFUNDS - We only sell DIGITAL FILES no physical product will be sent. As digital files are sent immediately after payment, we cannot accept any refunds. Please contact us if you have problems with your design.
3. YOU CAN: Use our files personal and small home business use to create physical products. You may sell unlimited items in physical form using our designs.
4. YOU CANNOT: You CANNOT display a mockup of our design anywhere online without watermarking it. Our designs must be covered with a watermark.
5. You CANNOT use any part of our file to create digital files for sale.
6. You CANNOT resell or modify our files or any of its contents as a digital file and then resell it.
7. You CANNOT make our images available for digital download, resell or redistribute them as is or modified, in digital form.
8. You CANNOT use our products in any digital format for sale.
9. You CANNOT claim authorship in any form of our designs.
10. You CANNOT share, rent or sell any of our designs in digital format, nor claim the file as your own at any time.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
We do our best to keep up to date with any Registered Trademarks before creating any designs and we never intentionally create something that is copyright or trademarked. Since there are new ones being registered daily, we cannot guarantee any sayings on our designs do not include a registered trademark. It is your responsibility to research on the USPTO database to make sure your products do not infringe on a registered trademark. By purchasing any design from US, you agree that you are responsible for your own business and WE and all employees/owners and business relations will not be held liable with regards to trademarked phrases. You can always check the trademark database.
