What if I need my rubber ducks & custom wood tags sooner? Do you offer rushed production and expedited shipping services?

We cannot control or promise when a shipping carrier will deliver your order, but we can guarantee when we get your package to the shipping carrier. We process all orders in our shop as quickly as possible (refer to "Order today to get by" for estimated delivery dates). If you need your order sooner, purchase expedited shipping during checkout to accelerate the shipping carrier's delivery date timeframe. We highly recommend this, especially during the holidays or if you need your order by a specific date!

Will my wooden duck tags look exactly like the ones in your photos and what if I forget to specify which combination of engraved tags I want with my order?

Wood is so unique that no pieces are identical. Therefore, the product you receive will not exactly match the ones shown in our photos. Wood tones, markings and coloring will vary, adding to the tag's character, charm, and personality. If you want to select your own wood tags, please be sure to specify the tag designs you want in the personalization box! If you select an option to pick your own tags but you forget to leave us a message specifying which duck tags you want at the time of your order, we will ship a random combination of tags with your order.

How do you package items for shipment? Do you combine orders when shipping to the same address or offer a shipping refund if I place multiple orders?

We reuse packaging materials whenever possible. If you have a concern with packaging, we ask that you communicate through our message conversation during the order process, and we'll provide new packaging materials for your order. If you place a single order for all your items, you’ll enjoy discounted shipping charges since your items will ship in the same package. If multiple orders are placed to the same shipping address, we may elect to combine them or we may ship them separately. In either case, we do not issue shipping refunds.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The purchase price of an item is the total price you paid at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

Do you accept returns or exchanges to my rubber duck & duck tag order after delivery?

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message and will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers and these will increase during holiday seasons. We cannot guarantee a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned, even if it is in the carrier's possession. You will receive your order, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time. If your order is late, please contact the shipping carrier and let us know as well. We try our best to work with you but we don't control shipping carriers. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Do you offer refunds of my rubber ducks and duck tags, duck duck jeep gift box or buck buck bronco gift box under any circumstances?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create & ship every day, we cannot offer refunds.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen or my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

Coopers Ranch is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by shipping carrier, delivered to wrong location or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver items to the shipping address you entered in Etsy, so please contact shipping carriers directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, obtain GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police. Buyers are responsible for filing a claim. If a buyer's order is returned to sender/seller for ANY reason, the buyer is responsible to pay the full cost of re-shipping plus $1.50 handling fee.

I need to change my shipping address!

It is up to the customer to update the delivery address in Etsy BEFORE checking out. However, we realize that mistakes can be made! Please message us as soon as you realize your shipping address is incorrect and we will make every effort to change it if we haven’t already processed your shipping label. If we are able to change the shipping address, those purchases are not eligible for Etsy buyer/seller protection, and we are not responsible for incorrect delivery or returned packages to a changed address. If you have moved and forgot to change your address in Etsy, please follow up with your local post office to ensure your mail will be forwarded. **Note that we are not responsible for forwarded packages.

Will care bears, cowboys, rubber ducks, unicorns, horses and broncos look exactly like the ones in your photos and will they be in perfect condition?

Our rubber ducks are sourced primarily from China, where they’re crafted in large batches using industrial equipment. As a result, each duck may have unique imperfections—missing or extra paint, a slightly tilted head or neck, or an uneven base that prevents it from sitting perfectly flat. We embrace these quirks as part of what gives each duck its own personality, character, and charm, making every one as individual as you are! The rubber ducks, bucks, care bears & unicorns you receive will probably not be an exact match to the ones shown in our photos and none are in perfect condition. Batches of ducks can have slightly different coloring and monitor/tablet/cell display coloring can look different on everyone's devices.
