Q:What type of wood is used to make your frames?

A: All of our frames are built from scratch starting with raw wood. All moldings for picture frames are handmade in our woodshop and are highest quality product. 
Our picture frames are made from several wood species like Oak, Walnut, Birch, Padauk, Sapele, Pine, Beach hardwoods, etc.
We also use Baltic Birch plywood to make unique design picture frames.

Q: Are frame is safe for using in kids room?

A: All products we use to finish our frames are ecological and environmentally friendly with zero VOC values. Colored frames first are coated with stain or linseed oil color. For all frames final coating is linseed oil which highlights wood beauty and uniqueness for every piece we make.

Q: My print measures 8×10”. What size frame should I order?



A: The frame sizes refer to the size the frame will HOLD. 
Choose the size you need in the dropdown menu. For example, 8×10" Frame holds 8×10"picture.

The visible area will be slightly smaller (approx. 0.25 – 0.5 inches) to allow minimal artwork overlap with the frame (meaning 0.12 – 0.25 inch of artwork border won't be visible).
 Outer dimensions vary by frame style. For an exact opening size, ask in conversation or buy the nearest bigger size, mentioning the needed opening size. If you have specific wall space requirements, communicate the 'overall outside dimensions' for a custom listing. For an 8×10” photo with a slight edge coverage, order an 8×10” frame.

Q: I would like a mat with my frame. Is this possible?



A: We can include a mat in the white, black, grey or cream colors of your choice to any frame in our shop, feel free to ask in conversation.

The mat opening (viewing area) will be slightly smaller (approx. 0.25 inches) to allow a little bit of the edge covered all the way around.


Q: Are your mats Archival quality?



A: We use mats that conform to all conservation standards. They are fade and bleed resistant and are 100% acid free.

Q: Can I order a custom-sized frame, and what is the cost?



A: Yes, for sure! Frames are customizable to any size. Please contact us or just purchase the nearest bigger size and note the needed frame opening size. When requesting a custom frame, provide artwork dimensions, desired style, and color. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply, and avoid multiple messages to expedite the response.

Q: What is the largest frame size you can make?



A: We can build frames at any size, BUT because we are shipping frames on Etsy, we are limited to the sizes that can safely be shipped via UPS. Some larger sized frames may require an oversize shipping charge, if you would like a size larger than what's listed in our store please reach out :)

Q: Do your frames come with glass?

A:Yes, Our picture frames are equipped with Acrylic glass. It is safe, less in weight, better clearness than standard glass.

Q: Do your frames come with backing?

A: Yes, frames come with Backing from Acid Free foam board which will protect artwork from bleaching out.

Q: Do your frames come with hanger that works for portrait orientation?

A: You can choose hangers or/and table stands option from dropdown menu for your frame, however table stand option is not available to 10x30, 13x19, 14x18, 14x20, 16x20 up to 32x40 size. These size frames include only hanger. Hangers and table stands are pre-installed in frame, and works for both orientations (Landscape and Portrait).

Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts?

A: We are available for wholesale orders. Just discuss this in conversations.

Q: I am ordering more than one frame. Can I get a price discount?



A: We typically give price discounts on bulk orders of 10 or more frames. The discount is 15% off of the listed price. Since each frame is made by hand, regardless of how many are ordered, we cannot offer special discounts for only a couple of frames since they are quite labor intensive.
